Being a Swiss national, I started my career in forwarding and shipping almost 40 years ago with an apprenticeship, which allowed me to learn our trade from beginning to end. All our key personnel have more than 30 years of experience in the industry. At AOT Japan Ltd., we take great care to find motivated young people, whom we train and educate over time in order to become competent young professionals in our trade.
